Who's IN for SAGADA Adventures?

hya, mark, medel, leni, yelli, glen, pizza, cris, bong, may, oni, ryan, jervis

04.28.06 - 05.01.06

Thirteen young people decided to take the opportunity of exploring the wonders of SAGADA. Notwithstanding the 14-hour landtrip, each of us was very anxious to reach our destination. But before getting there, we had passed by a great view and we couldn't resist to take some shots. The scene was more than an appetizer just before we could even eat a sumptous meal waiting for us in a few more miles ahead.

Banaue Rice Terraces

i never thought i could actually see the famous rice terraces which can only be viewed in pictures from textbooks wayback when i was still in my elementary days. the scene was so overwhelming that i couldn't help myself but wish never to go back to laguna.

Bomod-ok Falls
walking up and down the mountain slopes seemed endless. we just enjoyed ourselves with the rice terraces within our reach.

but after an hour, the wait was over 'coz we finally saw the most beautiful falls i've ever seen.

Sumaging Cave we hiked, we climbed, we swam, we crawled, we jumped, and even fell--- but at the end of the trip, we could still see the smiles on our tired but happy faces with the thought in mind that someday we would definitely go back and conquer again the adventures of SAGADA.

CAMIGUIN Escapade

06.23.06 - 06.24.06

CAMIGUIN is a pear-shaped island which offers a good deal of satisfaction to nature lovers. To reach this captivating island, the ff route can be taken: 1) 1 hour and 25 minute-plane trip from manila to cagayan de oro, 2) 2 hours of bus ride to balingoan sea port, and 3) an hour ferry ride to benoni port. This is actually my third time to visit camiguin but this island never ceases to amaze me.

Sunken Cemetery

Old Catarman Church ruins

Walkway to the Old Volcano
Seven volcanoes can be found within the island, the most popular of which is Mt. Hibok-hibok. The old volcano which erupted in 1871 had scarred the beauty of the island that brought Sunken Cemetery and Old Ctarman Church ruins, but has now become tourist spots.

Tanguines Lagoon

Katibawasan Falls

This falls measures 250 ft high which made it difficult for us to capture a full-length image.

Ardent Hot Spring

Sto. NiƱo Cold Spring

White Island

The White Island is definitely the best spot we've seen in Camiguin. This C-shaped island gave us the feeling of being in a paradise.

sPicY THAILAND

01.23.05 - 02.12.05

I can never forget my trip to Thailand. Aside from the fact that it was a free trip, it was also my first tym to get out of 'pinas. Travelling alone in a 3-hour plane trip had given me mixed feelings. Thrilled that i can visit such country, worried that i might not like their food (which means i would be getting slimmer for the next 3 weeks), afraid nobody might understand me or worst someone might abduct me...hehe =)

the best spicy foods are cooked excellently by Thai's

Apart from all the tempting foods and scenic beauty of Thailand, what strikes me most is the warm friendship i had during my 3-week stay with NOI, KAI, NIT, RANGSAN, NUANG, OHM, CHEN(chinese), and POLLY & JERIC(fellow filipinos).
